MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Darion Hudson, a Macon man who was being sought by Bibb County deputies after they say he barricaded himself inside a home with a gun and three children last month, has been taken into custody.
According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post, Hudson, who was wanted on charges including aggravated assault-family violence, three counts of cruelty to children-family violence and false imprisonment, was captured by the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force early Tuesday morning.
The incident leading to Hudson’s charges happened at a home on Comer Terrace, where deputies say Hudson barricaded himself and the three children inside the home. He fled the scene, and deputies located the children inside the house. In addition to the charges in Bibb County, Hudson was also wanted for warrants out of DeKalb County.
