Central City Apartments and new health center set to open in May
More than 200 applications have been submitted from the new apartments by Carolyn Crayton Park.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Depaul USA Daybreak in Macon is set to open the Central City Apartments and Phil and Alice Sheridan Health Center in May.
Sister Theresa Sullivan, Director at Depaul USA Daybreak in Macon, says the new apartments will be mixed income housing.
There are 82 units available, which include one and two bedroom apartments. There have been more than 200 applicants, but they are still accepting more.
Depaul USA Daybreak in Macon has partnered with the Macon Housing Authority on this project. Sullivan says this is a great place for people who are working downtown but cannot afford market rates.
There will also be a 12-bed medical respite and expanded medical clinic, which will include dental.
