Man shot Friday night at east Macon package store
Deputies say they responded to the hospital in reference to a man, 32-year-old Samual Lee Smith III, suffering from a gunshot wound.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man is in critical condition after being shot Friday night in east Macon.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, it happened just before 9:00 p.m. at Fort Hawkins Package Store on Emery Highway.
Deputies say they responded to the hospital in reference to a man, 32-year-old Samual Lee Smith III, suffering from a gunshot wound.
The Sheriff’s Office says the circumstances surrounding this incident are under investigation, and additional information will be provided once it becomes available.
