David Ragan Looks Forward To The ‘Tricky Triangle’ At Pocono

CONCORD, NC – Unadilla’s David Ragan continues to run well on the NASCAR Cup circuit this season and he’s looking forward to 2.5 mile “Tricky Triangle” in the Pocono Mountains. He has completed 99.9% of the laps in his Cup career at the Pennsylvania track.

“NASCAR relaxed the transmission ratio rule allowing drivers to shift, which will be something new for me at Pocono,” He said. ” Pocono is a good track for us and a place our engines run really well.  Should be a good weekend to keep the momentum we’ve built up going for our UPS team.”

Crew chief Drew Blickensderfer added, “Pocono will be a lot different since NASCAR is allowing us to go back to shifting.  Pocono is a big track, so horsepower will be important. Doug Yates always gives us great horsepower so we are ready to head to the track this weekend.”
