NYPD seeking man who caused security scare inside subway stations
Lower Manhattan was on lockdown after a bomb squad responded to suspicious items inside a subway station, and a third was found some two miles away. Officials tell NBC News the rice cookers were left by a West Virginia man with “a history of criminal activity” that they are still trying to track down.
