MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that happened at 5021 Mercer University Drive early Saturday morning.

A sheriff’s office news release says deputies were told two “white male subjects” entered a business through a window just before 3 a.m. and struck someone inside with an unknown object before stealing a vehicle and fleeing the scene.

“One occupant sustained a minor injury during the incident,” the release said.

Deputies located the vehicle, a black 2013 Lexus RX, on Saturday night on Mumford Road and obtained surveillance video from nearby that showed the last known person to be in possession of the vehicle.

Photos of that person are attached.
