New Years weekend forecast

This  afternoon we will see partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 50s. This will be a rinse and repeat forecast for your Saturday the last Saturday of 2023. On Sunday we wake up in the upper 20s below freezing before we warm up into the low 60s across  middle Georgia. As we head into New Year’s Day we will see light showers across the area especially in the evening hours with temperatures in the upper 50s. For the second day of 2024 we will see showers continue with temperatures cooling off. By midweek another system brings rain to middle Georgia.
