Cloudy and mild today

This morning was not a bad start across the area. We had clouds and above average temperatures. This will continue as we head into the afternoon hours. We will see temperatures in the low to mid 60s with mostly cloudy skies. As we head into the overnight hours, we will see clouds start to dissipate, allow temperatures to drop into the low to mid 40s. Tomorrow afternoon we will see partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 60s. As we head into Friday temperatures will definitely be more seasonable with overnight lows on Friday morning in the low 30s below freezing with the chance of frost. On Friday afternoon we will see plenty of sunshine with temperatures in the low 50s. This will be a rinse and repeat forecast for your Saturday the last Saturday of 2023. On Sunday we wake up in the low 30s below freezing before we warm up into the upper 50s across  middle Georgia. As we head into New Year’s Day we will see showers across the area especially in the evening hours with temperatures in the upper 50s. For the second day of 2024 we will see showers continue with temperatures cooling off.
