Bibb County Sheriff’s Office arrests 22 in Fraud Investigation
On October 13, it was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office by representatives of Elite Pre-Settlement LLC., their company had a large undisclosed amount of funds stolen.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 people in connection with a Conspiracy to Commit a Felony Investigation.
On October 13, it was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office by representatives of Elite Pre-Settlement LLC., their company had a large undisclosed amount of funds stolen.
During the investigation, it was revealed multiple people, as part of a scheme led by a now former employee of the Ken Nugent Law Firm, 37-year-old Jennifer Croom Denton, made false settlement claims to obtain checks from Elite Pre-Settlement LLC. Those individuals then cashed fraudulently obtained checks.

- Shenita Rainey; 57-years-old
- Tequandra Singletary; 39-years-old
- Eatasha West; 49-years-old
- Timothy West; 30-years-old
- Tykita Curtis; 40-years-old
- Doris Harris; 39-years-old
- Eugenia McCrary; 40-years-old
- Sonya Wynes; 58-years-old
- Soneisha Wynes; 27-years-old
- Aaliyah Henderson; 28-years-old
- Lauren Hollingshed; 20-years-old
- Ny’Kirrea Hawkins; 22-years-old
- Keon Hoges; 20-years-old
- Raquel Lawrence; 38-years-old
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests may be made.
