Daybreak Interview – National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – This Saturday, October 27th, is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. It’s hosted by the Drug Enforcement Administration. CVS Pharmacies will be participating in the day long event which aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs.

Pharmacist Melissa Pablic visited Daybreak to talk about the importance of the event.

750 CVS Pharmacies are participating in National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. There will be a drug disposal bin at the CVS Pharmacy at 1271 Gray Highway in Macon.
