3rd Annual Mommies of Angels brings families together after losing a child to domestic violence
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A mother who lost her son due to an act of domestic violence, is letting others in a similar situation know they aren’t alone.
Felicia Williams lost her son when he was 2-years old. This happened after her neighbor’s husband backed up over him in his car, while he and his wife were arguing.
Williams is bringing families together for a night of love with her 3rd Annual Mommies of Angels event.
“You help those people not to sink and not get in a place where they give up on life because I was there. I gave up. I knew the routine of life. I knew what I had to do every day because I still had other kids, but I just went through the motion,” Williams said.
The event is December 7th at 5 p.m. There will be food, dancing, and guest speakers. It costs $20. You can register here.
