Workout Wednesday: The importance of sleep for a workout
MACON, Georgia (WMGT/41NBC) – According to the American Sleep Association, adults need to get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.
Allen Redmond, a personal trainer with Navicent Health’s Wellness Center, visited Daybreak to talk about why that sleep is important for your workouts.
