Identity theft suspects open card accounts, shop in Atlanta

Macon, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Bibb County Sheriff’s Financial Crimes Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two suspects, wanted for questioning in an Identity Theft Investigation.

On October 19, 2018, it was reported that someone used an unknowing Bibb County victim’s information to open credit card accounts at several stores, located in the Atlanta area. The suspects entered a Home Depot, used the victim’s information to open an account, and made several purchases at the store.
