Workout Wednesday: Yoga To Help With Holiday Stress
MACON, Ga – The holidays can be a stressful time. Buying gifts, baking, entertaining guests can all be overwhelming.
Lisa Seneker, who’s the Assistant Director of Wellness Services at Medical Center Navicent Health, visited Daybreak to go over some basic yoga exercises to help alleviate the holiday stress.
