2 women injured in shooting at Shurling Drive KFC in Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that injured two women at Kentucky Fried Chicken on 844 Shurling Drive Friday afternoon.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that injured two women at Kentucky Fried Chicken on 844 Shurling Drive Friday afternoon.

The shooting was reported to the Macon-Bibb Emergency-911 Center at 2:26, deputies said in a news release.

Responding deputies found a 26-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. Paramedics provided medical treatment on site before transporting both women to a local medical facility.

According to medical staff, one of the women is in critical condition, and the other is in stable condition.
