For online entries, limit one entry per day, per email address. All web site entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Entrants using electronic entry must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made. Sponsors may require proof to its satisfaction of entrants registered subscriber status. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for the day will count.

For mail in entries, limit one entry per day, per envelope. Fill in entry form or print your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if any) and age on a 3"x5" piece of paper and mail in an envelope to: 41-NBC Contest, P.O. Box 4328, Macon, GA, 31208 by designated date.

Winner will be selected by random drawing unless specific contest rules counter. Winner will be notified by mail, email or telephone and may be required to sign and return to sponsors an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within a specified time of issuance of these documents. If any prize related document is undeliverable, or if winner fails to timely return the affidavit and releases or fails to pick up prize within two (2) weeks of winning unless otherwise stipulated, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirement, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected.

Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non-refundable and nontransferable except at sole discretion of Sponsors. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

By entering, entrants assume all liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the contest and/or acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release WMGT 41NBC and all associated sponsors, their respective subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees from any such liability. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person' computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the contest.

Sponsors assume no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the contest, in its entirety or only the internet portion, should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsors 'control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw the transmission of the contest at any time and award the Prize form among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
