Youth Violence Plan Gains Support, But Council Postpones Action

After weeks of back and forth brainstorming between Macon City Council and the Police Department it looks like the Youth Violence Plan could be taking shape.

Monday members of the public safety committee showed support of an updated plan presented by Macon Police and the Mayor’s Office. Despite the support, the committee postponed action to work out funding details.
