Woman arrested for setting house guest on fire

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Warner Robins Police Officers arrested a woman for allegedly setting her house guest on fire.

The incident happened Monday around 10:16 a.m. in the 100 block of Kingsbury Circle.

According to the police department, a man was reported on fire running and screaming from a house in the area. Investigators say 53-year-old Barbara Anne Johnson poured rubbing alcohol on 47-year-old James Darrell Williams at her home.

Johnson was arrested and taken to the Houston County Jail. She’s charged with aggravated assault.

Williams is at the Burn Center in Augusta in critical condition.
