Winners from the Georgia National Fairgrounds Fair Food Fight

Chefs are going head to head at the Georgia National Fairgrounds during the annual Georgia National Fair Food Fight.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –  Chefs are going head to head at the Georgia National Fairgrounds during the annual Georgia National Fair Food Fight.

Fairgrounds marketing director, Maggie Lane, says judges are working together to make final decisions about entrees and desserts from vendors.

In the Best Savory category, judges picked “Pickled Pig Pizza,” made by Gillette’s Pizza and Lemonade Stand.

In the Best Sweet category, Polar Bear Ice Cream won the judge’s hearts with their “S’more Magic Ice Cream Sandwich.”

All winners were honored with a Blue Ribbon.
