Whipple-Lue supporter files two criminal complaints against case judge
Worthy sent two criminal complaints against Judge Robert S. Reeves and Mayor Pro-Tem Terry Eady to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
The complaints come after a second restraining order left Whipple-Lue out of office for another 30 days.
“I see it so often that these judges think that they’re above the law. I’m here to tell you that he’s not going to get anyway with this,” says Worthy.
On June 2, Worthy filed the first complaint. About a month later, on July 3, he filed the second.
According to Worthy, Reeves has “committed two counts of treason, violation of his two counts of his oath of office and not to mention conspiracy under federal law.”
He’d like to see Reeves removed from office, because he believes the judge is not fairly accessing the case.
Worthy adds the judge is overstepping his boundaries.
“When U.S. Title 18, Section 241 says when anyone, any two or one more persons get together the private citizen have a right that’s secure by the United States constitution there’s federal offense that carries 10 years imprisonment,” says Worthy.
During an interview with 41NBC’s Taylor Terrell Worthy says he wants justice for Whipple-Lue.
“I’m telling you now…I don’t care what Judge Robert Reeves says, Mayor Whipple Lue is still the Mayor, and ain’t nothing that he can do about it.”
