Westside Promotes James Harris To Be Seminoles' Third Head Coach In Program History

MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – On Friday, Westside High School and Bibb County Schools announced the hiring of James Harris as the new Seminoles Head football Coach. Harris had been the Defensive Coordinator for Westside, before being promoted to head coach, after the departure of 17-year head coach Shedderick ‘Spoon’ Risper. Harris becomes the third head coach in the Seminoles’ 29-year program. This is Harris’ first head coaching position.
