Week 12 Kicks off with Thursday Night Football
There were a few Halloween games on Thursday night across Middle Georgia
MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – In Class AAA Region Four, the Baldwin Braves (5-3, 5-1) get the 49-36 region win on the road over the Howard Huskies (4-4, 3-3) at Thompson Field Thursday. This was the first of three games in ten days for both teams. Baldwin hosts West Laurens on Tuesday, then will host Academy of Richmond County next Saturday. While Howard will take on Aquinas on Tuesday, and finish the season against Westside-Augusta next Saturday.
In more Class AAA Region Four action, the West Laurens Raiders (7-2, 5-2) lose 28-7 on the road to region opponent Westside-Augusta (7-2, 5-2). West Laurens finishes their season at Baldwin Tuesday.
The Bleckley County Royals (3-6, 2-6) get the Class A Division One Region Two victory over the Central Chargers (0-10, 0-9) in Central’s Homecoming game. Bleckley County hosts Jefferson County on Tuesday to finish the season. Central’s season has ended.
