Weather Forecast for May 15th, 2014

Things improve dramatically today.  During Daybreak, we saw heavy rain in the area, but by the time you read this, a lot of that will have moved to the northeast.  No severe weather is expected today, and a cool dome of high pressure will give us 70s(!) for highs and plenty of sunshine.

So you may be asking: what is with the rain chances this weekend?! Don’t worry: we’re just seeing a couple small, fast-moving waves of moisture on the latest model runs, so some of that moisture may get into our area.  However, it doesn’t look significant, so even if we do get rain, it won’t compare to what we received yesterday.
