Weather Forecast for June 17, 2014

Middle Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Temperatures show no signs of declining today.  Mid-90s are in the forecast today and for the rest of the week as high pressure remains in the area.  Daytime heating and instability will help spur some storms, similar to yesterday, although most will be short-lived and severe weather should be limited.  Early next week, we see rainfall chances increase, but I’m going to wait until we get closer to next week and can continue to monitor the models before I start raising rainfall chances more.  It does look like a rainier start to the week is possible, however.
