Water main break in Warner Robins forces traffic to be rerouted

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A main street in Warner Robins will be closed following a water
main break.

The incident happened around 9 a.m., Wednesday at the intersection of Russell Parkway and Moody Road

Police are rerouting northbound traffic on Moody Road to Leisure Lake Road because of the water main break in front of Hughes Honda.

“Water has been turned off in the surrounding areas as a result,” says Warner Robins Public Information Officer, Jennifer Parson in a news release. “Service should be rerouted and turned back on to the surrounding areas today.”

Parson added drivers should expect delays because the next two days the two northbound lanes on Moody Road in front of Hughes Honda will be closed for repair.
