Washington Co. Deputies Looking for Church Burglars

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is searching for the suspects who broke into the Sisters Baptist Church on McCarty Road early Tuesday.

Authorities believe there is more than one thief and it was not a random act.

“They cut the wires to the back of the modem and took the modem with them so we couldn’t have evidence to see who it was who came in,” says Sheriff Smith.
