Warner Robins Restaurant Owner Killed In Robbery

Late last night, Jose Marin, the owner of Marin Mexican Food on Bowling Drive, was shot and killed. 

Jermontae Arte Moss is accused of shooting Marin in the leg in an apparent robbery.

Marin was transported to the Houston Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police were able to arrest Moss after interviewing a witness. When Moss was arrested, they found a stolen gun in his possession. He was taken into police custody and charged with Felony Murder and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property then taken to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office in Perry.
