Warner Robins police hosting car wash for cancer-stricken officer
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Warner Robins police volunteers hosted a car wash to help Officer Pratt Martin as he continues his fight with stage four kidney cancer.
Proceeds from the event will help go toward Officer Martin’s medical bills.
“He needs us and Warner Robins PD. We come together on and off behind the badge and in front of the badge we’re always there for our own and this is one thing that we can do for him to give back to him and help him in his time of need,” says Jennifer Parson, the PIO for the police department.
The volunteers raised $1009 to give to Officer Martin.
