Warner Robins Non-Profit Organization Finalist for Toyota Car
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A non-profit organization in Warner Robins is a finalist to receive a brand new car from Toyota.
Happy Hour Service Center Community Employment is one of 500 finalists in Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good program.
The center provides services for developmentally disabled adults, including helping them get jobs within the community.
Executive director Tod Cowart tells 41NBC if Happy Hour can add a car to its fleet to help with transportation to and from work sites, it would mean the world to those who depend on the organization.
“They’re really jacked up about being in this contest and just excited for the opportunity,” says Cowart. “We just hope that they can win a car. We may even have a one-car parade around our campus just for them.”
Online voting for Happy Hour will be this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
