Warner Robins man sentenced to 10 years for child exploitation
Bryan Tyler Arnold entered his plea August 25 in the Superior Court of Houston County

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A 25-year-old Warner Robins man was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children, according to the Houston County District Attorney’s Office.
Bryan Tyler Arnold entered his plea August 25 in the Superior Court of Houston County. Judge G.E. “Bo” Adams handed down the sentence immediately following a joint recommendation from the state.
Arnold became the subject of a Houston County Sheriff’s Office sexual exploitation investigation in late 2020, while he was also under investigation in Lee County for a separate child molestation offense that same year.
During the Lee County investigation, a forensic review of Arnold’s cell phone revealed evidence that he had communicated with a teenage victim in Houston County at the same time he was molesting an unrelated victim in Lee County, investigators said.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Division took over that part of the case, with then-Investigator Adrian Moss — now with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation — leading the effort.
Digital evidence showed that Arnold, who was 20 at the time, repeatedly used Snapchat to solicit nude photos from a 13-year-old in Houston County. Prosecutors said the teen did not comply, but the requested images would have qualified as child pornography under Georgia law.
Houston Circuit District Attorney Eric Edwards released the following statement:
“Protecting children from sexual exploitation is one of the most important responsibilities we have as prosecutors. This case demonstrates how predators use technology to target vulnerable victims, and how critical digital forensics has become in uncovering their crimes. Bryan Arnold not only attempted to exploit a child here in Houston County, but he was already under investigation for child molestation in another jurisdiction at the same time. His actions were deliberate, predatory, and deeply harmful. With this sentence, he will spend the next decade in prison, where he cannot prey upon another child. I want to thank the Houston County Sheriff’s Office for their diligent work on this case. Our office will continue to aggressively prosecute anyone who seeks to exploit children in our community.”
