Warner Robins Independence Day celebration to feature Kool & the Gang, Phillip Phillips
The City of Warner Robins announced the entertainment lineup for its 43rd Annual Independence Day Celebration scheduled for July 4, 2026.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- The City of Warner Robins has announced the entertainment lineup for its 43rd Annual Independence Day Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the McConnell-Talbert Stadium parking lot.
Mayor LaRhonda W. Patrick said this year’s event will celebrate America 250 with live music, community activities, and fireworks.
Headlining the event will be Kool & the Gang. The group is known for songs including “Celebration,” “Ladies’ Night,” “Get Down On It,” and “Jungle Boogie.”
The city also announced Georgia native Phillip Phillips will perform during the celebration. Phillips gained national attention after winning Season 11 of American Idol and is known for songs including “Home,” “Gone, Gone, Gone,” and “Raging Fire.”
Opening the evening will be Middle Georgia performer Cam Vance.
“We are excited to bring such an incredible lineup to Warner Robins as we celebrate America 250,” Patrick said in the release. “This event is a long-standing tradition for our community, and this year’s celebration will be bigger than ever with nationally recognized talent, family fun, and patriotic pride.”
According to the release, the celebration will also include food vendors, family-friendly activities, and a fireworks show.
