Warner Robins Dog Park Plans Postponed

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The plans to have a pet park up and running near Spruce Street have been postponed.

Warner Robins city council member Carolyn Robbins said the council is now looking at other options and different locations.

41 NBC talked with residents in the area of Spruce Street who were concerned that dog park would bring unwanted traffic and noise to the area.

Robbins said the council is now looking into an area off of Horse Shoe Drive, but that plan has not been finalized.

The council will discuss the park in detail during the next meeting on November 5.
