Warner Robins Dead Body Identified

Police have identified the body found on Tabor Drive in Warner Robins.

“When we got there we found a male lying in the street who appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds,” said Warner Robins Police spokesperson Tabitha Pugh.

The victim is 19-year-old Dajohn Milton.

Abandoned apartments appear to cover the area where the shooting took place. Ollie Marshall was watching a movie in his apartment when he heard gunfire outside.

“Then we heard shots…he was hit with five bullets and there he was on the ground, hemorrhaging,” said Marshall.

Milton was transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

“I believe they tried to take him into surgery where he was later pronounced deceased,” said Pugh.

Milton was pronounced dead late Sunday evening. Detectives are following several leads and the investigation is ongoing.
