Warner Robins and Northside Rivalry Reignites with First Annual Alumni Basketball Game

The Men's and Women's Alumni Game will take place on Saturday, August 30th in the Warner Robins HS Gymnasium

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – One of Georgia’s fiercest high school rivalries is returning to the spotlight; this time, on the hardwood.

Warner Robins and Northside High Schools will face off in the First Ever Alumni Basketball Game on Saturday, Aug. 30 at noon inside the Warner Robins High School gymnasium. The event will feature both men’s and women’s matchups, reigniting the classic rivalry in a new tradition aimed at bringing former players and fans back to the court.

Alumni from both schools who graduated in 2016 or earlier are invited to participate. The $25 entry fee includes a commemorative T-shirt, and the deadline to register is August 22nd.

All proceeds from the games will be split between Warner Robins and Northside’s basketball programs.

The long-standing rivalry between the Demons and the Eagles has produced countless memorable moments. Now, former players have a chance to add a new chapter to the storied history, this time for a good cause.
