“Walk for Safety” initiative in Bibb County kicks off today

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff David Davis will kick off the “Walk for Safety” initiative in the Ibex Street area today.

It’s an opportunity for deputies to connect with residents in an effort to keep neighborhood’s safe.

Today’s walk starts at 5:30 PM.

Deputies say more walks will be planned in the future.
