Victim injured in Macon home invasion

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home invasion that happened Thursday around 11:35 p.m. on Burbank Place.

According to a new release, 61-year-old Dennis English was playing video games when two suspects entered his house and demanded his wallet.

One of the suspect choked English and the other pistol whipped him. The suspects got away with an unknown amount of cash.

One of the suspects is described as in his mid 20’s. He’s about 5 feet 6 inches in height and weighs 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark colored hoodie and dark pants.

The second suspect was described the same and was last seen wearing a hoodie that he used to cover his face.

The two suspects gain entry through English’s back door. English says he usually leaves his back door unlock because he often has friends over.

English was treated for his injuries at the scene.
