Victim dies in Sandersville house fire

SANDERSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Sandersville police and fire departments are reporting the town’s fourth fire in three weeks, and this one was deadly.

According to a post from the Sandersville Police Facebook page, the fire happened around 5:30 Monday morning on Braswell Way.

Fire crews found a victim dead inside the home.

The state Fire Marshal is investigating but does not suspect foul play.
