Verizon Wireless Customers In Middle Georgia Experience Outage

Verizon Wireless customers across Middle Georgia are experiencing a delay in service this morning.

Cell towers are down not only in Macon, but also in Milledgeville, Chester, and Evans.

According to a Verizon representative, a ticket was filed just before 9:00 AM on Friday morning. Service is expected to be restored within the next four hours.
