VA clinics in Middle and South Georgia closed due to Hurricane Helene
Carl Vinson VA Medical Center announces closures of community clinics as Hurricane Helene approaches.

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)– The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia, has announced the closure of its Albany, Brunswick, Macon, Milledgeville, Perry, Tifton, and Warner Robins community clinics today due to the anticipated severe weather from Hurricane Helene. While the Albany and Tifton clinics are already closed, the remaining clinics are closing at noon today.
All veterans with scheduled appointments will be contacted to reschedule. The clinics are expected to reopen on Monday, Sept. 30, during regular business hours. However, VA officials advise veterans to check the Dublin VA internet and Facebook pages for the latest updates on clinic operations.
If there are any further changes to clinic hours or appointments, veterans will receive notifications promptly through email and phone calls. The main campus in Dublin will remain open with regular hours.
