UPDATE: Wheeler County Deputies Find Inmate

ALAMO, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The search is over for the dangerous inmate who escaped from the Wheeler County jail Tuesday evening.

Authorities say 25-year-old Raymond Rod Solomon was found Thursday night.

Sheriff Maurice Johnson says Solomon was found in another county around 11:30 p.m.

Johnson says Solomon was sent to the Lower Oconee hospital as part of routine.
