UPDATE: Two suspects arrested in connection to attempted armed robbery at Domino’s in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two people have been arrested in connection to last week’s attempted armed robbery at the Domino’s Pizza on Forsyth Road.

The Bibb county Sheriff’s Office has charged 22-year-old Warrell Quincy Tyson and 23-year-old Jasmine Nicole Holt with criminal attempt to commit robbery and aggravated assault.

According to reports, Holt took Tyson to the store on November 10, then Tyson walked to the back of the restaurant with a gun.  He demanded money from an employee, 27-year-old Timdra Rutledge.  The two began fighting, and Rutledge was shot in the stomach.  The suspect ran away without any money.

Investigators say at the time Holt was also employed at this Domino’s Pizza at this location as a delivery driver.


MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – An employee at the Domino’s Pizza on Forsyth Road was shot Monday night after fighting with a man who tried to rob the restaurant.

The incident happened just before 11:30 p.m. Deputies say the suspect walked to the back of the store carrying a gun and demanded money from the employee.

The suspect and the employee began fighting. During the fight, the suspect shot 27-year old Timdra Rutledge in the stomach.

The suspect then ran off.

Rutledge was taken to the hospital for treatment and was released.

No money was taken from the store.
