UPDATE: Power restored on Vineville Avenue in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Power is back on Vineville Avenue after a car wreck knocked out two utility poles.

Utility crews worked to restore power on Vineville Avenue from Kenmore Place to Pio Nono Avenue after a car hit two utility poles Friday morning. 

A woman was driving east on Vineville Avenue when her tire blew out, hitting one car, then into the power poles. She was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for her injuries. 

No one else was hurt in the crash.
