UPDATE: Missing Jones County Woman Found

GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Jones County Sheriff’s Office says a woman missing since Tuesday has been found.

According to Clay Wiggins with the sheriff’s office, 65-year-old Willie Mathis was found Wednesday night in Dublin and is “doing well.”

The sheriff’s office says Mathis is know to walk and hitchhike across the region. She was last seen Monday in Macon’s Pleasant Hill neighborhood, near Spring Street.
