UPDATE: Body Found in Macon Warehouse, Man Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –
Macon Police have arrested and charged a man with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Charles Skipper.
51 year-old Terry Bernard Cason has been arrested and charged after an autopsy on Skipper revealed he died from internal bleeding from a ruptured spleen.
According to a news release sent to 41NBC Thursday morning, witnesses had seen Cason throw Skipper to the ground from a loading dock the day before Skipper was found.

Bibb County coroner Leon Jones is looking for family members of a man whose body was found in a vacant downtown Macon warehouse.
Jones identified the body as that of 69-year-old Charles Skipper.
The warehouse is located on 6th street. Jones says the homeless have turned the building into a “very organized” facility fit for sleeping, complete with beds and even desks.
Jones says just after 11:30 Friday morning, one of the people who sleeps in the vacant building discovered Skipper unresponsive on the floor. That’s when he called 911.
By the time authorities arrived, Skipper had passed away. Jones says the man had an extensive medical history.
“He does have a bruise on his head,” says Jones. “That could be where he fell. He was moved from one location to another location after he fell.”
An autopsy on Monday will provide an official cause of death.
