Two women charged with neglecting two horses in Macon
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two people are facing animal cruelty charges, after reports of two horses being neglected at a home on Bonner Gilbert Road.
Macon-Bibb Animal Welfare removed the horses from the property. A veterinarian says both were in very bad health and one may not survive.
Patricia Forster is charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty. The 43-year-old’s bond is set at $650.
Seventeen-year-old Lori Burlison is facing felony cruelty to animals. She is in jail on a $5,700 bond.
