Two people injured after shot fired at vehicle on Old Clinton Road

The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is investigating after shots left two people injured Wednesday night. 

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after someone shot at a vehicle Wednesday night on Old Clinton Road.

According to investigators, deputies responded to the area just before 10 p.m. after receiving reports that two individuals had been shot. However, after further investigation, deputies determined that neither person had been struck by gunfire. They say they were injured by shattered glass.

Deputies say the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
