Two Macon Men Arrested During Traffic Stop; Third Suspect Remains at Large

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Two men remain in jail on possession of marijuana and several additional charges Wednesday. Macon police arrested 36 year-old Travis Antwoine Robinson and 35 year-old Kenyea Traveel Hill during a traffic stop for excessive window tint.

According to a news release, an officer noticed a plastic bag and smelled marijuana inside the vehicle upon pulling the driver over Monday night just before 8:15. The driver put the car in reverse, rammed the front of the cop car, and fled the scene.

As officers chased after the vehicle, two passengers jumped out of the white Cadillac and fled on foot. One passenger was apprehended. The driver of the car was eventually caught on Broadway at Steele Street. The third passenger remains at large.

This is Robinson’s 12th arrest and Hill’s 5th arrest in Bibb County.
