Twiggs County to host Juneteenth Celebration

The event will be June 22 at 5 p.m.at the Courthouse Square. 

TWIGGS COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Twiggs County is set to host a Juneteenth Celebration in Jeffersonville.

The event will be June 22 at 5 p.m.at the Courthouse Square.

Nikki Stephens, Council Woman and event organizer, says this is a free, family-friendly event.

There will be live entertainment from Kali Dance Studio, live music from the Crawford Ensemble and DJ Bonner Boi, and vendors.
