Twiggs County Sheriff’s Department investigating two robberies
JEFFERSONVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The first robbery was Friday morning at the Huddle House in Jeffersonville.
Two masked men armed with a pistol and a shot gun took money from the cash register and the manager’s purse.
Twigg County Sheriff Deputies arrested Gabriel Bell and Brandon Perry within two hours of the crime. Both are charged with armed robbery. More charges are pending.They’re booked in the Twiggs County Law Enforcement Center without bond.
The second robbery was Saturday night at a Marathon gas station off of Highway 96.
Twigg County Sheriff, Darren Mitchum, said the suspects entered the gas station and stole cigarettes and lottery tickets. He added similar incidents happened that same night. The suspects are still on the run.
