Tractor trailer overturns on I-75

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies are clearing an accident scene after a tractor trailer overturned.

It happened on I-75 south near mile marker 181.

The driver was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

All lanes of I-75 are open but authorities warn drivers to be cautious in the area.

The clean up is expected to last for hours.
